How it works

Choose the day and time you would like to visit, and the number of people in your pod (minimum 5 people)

After confirming your booking the party pod team will greet you on arrival and show you how it all works.

Choose your tracks, and if your feeling like a real star why not record your performance and take it away on one of our personalised USB sticks that’s also loaded with offers.

Want to play after….? Speak to the pod staff to reserve you a booth in Bambu to carry on your party.

Arrive in good time. We advise arriving 15 minutes before your booking to check-in, meet your host and see the demo.

Party Pods Karaoke Experience booking policy

• Minimum reservation for ‘The Party Pod‘ is 1 hour however all packages based on 2 hours to allow for food.
• A deposit payment of 50% will be taken for advance bookings to reserve a room. If you fail to arrive for your booking, don’t make use of all your allocated room(s), or fail to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the booking takes place, we cannot refund this payment.
• On-line cancellations are complete once you have received a cancellation confirmation email from us.
• Changes to your booking can only be made at least 24 hours before your slot starts.
• On the night one person in your party will need to leave their debit or credit card with a manager as a guarantee. The full room bill will be charged to this card unless alternative payment is received. Any damages will also be charged to this card on the evening of the event.
• Alternative payments can come in the form of individuals starting there own tabs by leaving a credit or debit card with a member of staff and receiving a ‘Tab Card’ or by simply purchasing drinks on an individual basis over the bar.
• Please arrive for your session 15 minutes before it is due to start. This will ensure you receive your full singing time.
• Should you require disabled access please let us know before you make a booking.
• If less people arrive than expected then the full food and drinks package will be served and charged.
• Any bookings requiring food will need to pay 50% of the food bill upon booking to act as a deposit.
• Customers who arrive late may have a reduction in singing time however the full hour will be charged.
• If a customer fails to arrive or make use of the booth for any reason, their credit card will be charged for the entire booth at full occupancy.
• Any customers found to be dancing on the furniture will be ejected

Room useage

• Any damage in the rooms will be the responsibility of you and your guests.
• Charges must be paid on the night. Charges for the main items as follows: Microphone £100, LCD TV £400, Web cam £100, Per Speaker £150, Touch Screen £400, Ripping/Damaging seating £100.
• All guests will be stamped on arrival, any guest found to not be stamped will be charged the full rate per hour for the duration of the booking.
• Unfortunately, we are legally only allowed a certain number of people within each room. Should more people arrive than permitted, they will be allowed to wait in the bar.
• We may, from time to time, be required to search your bags on the premises.
• You are not allowed to consume your own food and drink on the premises.
• All rooms are fitted with CCTV for your safety.
• Any performers dancing on furniture, stage diving or crowd surfing do so at there own risk and the Arc takes no responsibility for any injuries caused by lively stage acts.
